Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial or fabrication settings.
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential problems.
Repair or replace defective components as needed.
Maintain facility systems and support overall shop operations.
Work with third-party vendors and contractors when required.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
