Responsibilities

• Adheres to all food safety and personal safety requirements.
• Maintains food processing, building and facility equipment.
• Conducts Preventative Maintenance on all assigned equipment.
• Reports food and personal safety problems to management.
• Works with maintenance mechanics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
