Job summary

Responsibilities include starting machines, inspecting components, reading work orders, coordinating with colleagues, and developing preventive maintenance procedures to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to support all line operations to maximize equipment availability.

Responsibilities

• Start machines and observe operation to assess efficiency and diagnose problems.
