Job summary

You will work with a team to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and ensure safe operations on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience, a technical degree, and a commitment to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Willing to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work as part of a manufacturing team to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Follow all safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Work with a sense of urgency to reduce machine downtime.
