Job summary

Toray Plastics (America) Inc. seeks an experienced industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical experience to support production by repairing, maintaining and improving process equipment in a multi-craft environment.

This role operates on a 4x10-hour rotating schedule (Mon-Sun, 6:30am–4:45pm) with occasional overtime and on-call assignments. Starting pay is $36.17–$39.65 per hour, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Industrial Electrician license preferred if available.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work overtime/on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems in production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and components from 480 VAC to low voltage controls; PLCs highly preferred.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams; install components and program AC/DC drives and temperature controllers.
• Carry out complex mechanical repairs using manuals and drawings; work with cross-functional teams to support production.
