Gemini, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Taylor, TX facility. The role supports production equipment, building maintenance, and remodeling tasks in a people‑first environment.

This onsite, full‑time position offers a wage range of $22.70–$37.45 per hour and a schedule of 8‑hour days, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical experience, blueprints interpretation, and hands‑on skills in fabrication, installation, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred; candidates without this education must have a minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience.
• 5–7+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical systems, plumbing, welding, and fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to diagnose mechanical or electrical problems.
• Perform construction, fabrication, welding and remodeling projects including walls, shelving, storage, ceilings, concrete, ducts.
• Evaluate site requirements and install equipment with electrical, air and water connections for production use.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures of CNC and PLC‑controlled production equipment.
