Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Welding skills preferred.
• Experience servicing and repairing industrial equipment.
• Able to read technical documents and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect equipment for defects.
• Participate in CMC safety programs and uphold safety culture.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks with hand/power tools at varying heights.
• Repair and maintain shop machinery including cranes, shears, benders, and welders.
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems and document actions.
• Maintain clean work area and keep tools in good condition.
• Cross-train with technicians and attend training on applicable equipment.
• Handle time entry, work orders, and corrective actions in documentation systems.
