Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and blow mold equipment at our Phoenix facility. The role requires troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and the ability to work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Applicants should have basic math, basic computer skills, and at least a High School diploma with 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred. OSHA forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Repair blow mold equipment, trimmers, palletizers and related systems.
• Inspect, replace and rebuild valves, pumps, hoses and other components.
• Troubleshoot using root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure plant efficiency.
