Job summary

Kao EMEA & Americas is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift to join our manufacturing team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves maintenance tasks and operation responsibilities for the efficiency of the packaging line.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, preferably from a Trade School, with solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. We offer competitive pay, medical benefits from day one, and 34 paid days off annually.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform STOP and 5-S GMP audits.

Industrial Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

Come join our world class manufacturing team! We have an excellent opportunity for a Industrial Maintenance Technician on our Plant Team! The factory is a great work environment that is clean, climate controlled and safe. We have openings on 3rd Shift (10:00pm - 6:30pm). This is a Production position. You will be responsible for doing maintenance and also being an operator who is responsible for the overall reliability/efficiency of the assigned Packaging line/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Correctly make repairs to all packaging equipment as required or directed.
• Lead line teams in the successful completion of daily production schedules.
• Complete all Preventative Maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain a Safe and orderly production line area.
• Perform STOP and 5‑S GMP audits and follow‑up as required.
• Correctly complete all shift notes and line documentation as trained.

Qualifications

• Associates or Trade School or Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience, electrical skills strongly desired as well.
• Must have demonstrated electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
