Job summary

Henkel is hiring for an industrial maintenance role on the Modified 2nd Shift in Mentor, OH. The technician will service mixing, filling, conveyance, motors, pumps, and robotic systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.

The position emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and experience with CMMS

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; technical/trade school certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in food/beverage/chemical manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; able to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial mixing and filling equipment, conveyance systems, motors, pumps, and robotics.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or potential failures and address before production impact.
• Support changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production needs.
• Maintain maintenance logs and work orders in the CMMS system.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
