Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our distillery and bottling operations running smoothly. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across our production lines to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.

The role offers competitive pay ($33.96–$37.56 hourly) plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with opportunities to apply welding, machining, and preventive maintenance skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic/machinist in process manufacturing.
• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Skills in machine shop equipment, welding techniques, and metal fabrication.
• Preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications.
• Ability to thread and install various types of pipes with finesse.
• Computer savvy to keep up with the digital side of maintenance.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to lift and carry 80 pounds.
• A commitment to safety, including the use of PPE and adherence to LOTO procedures.
• Must be 21+ and ready to pass necessary screenings and tests.

What's Pouring In

• Competitive pay ranging from $33.96 to $37.56 plus shift differential ($1 2nd Shift, $1 3rd Shift)
• Distillery Shift: 2nd — 3:00pm to 11:00pm | 3rd — 11:00pm to 7:00am

Your Toolbox Should Include

• Knowledge of steam systems, pumps, motors, valves, and hydraulic systems
