A leading company in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a dependable individual for various maintenance tasks. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, performing mechanical repairs, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant experience, along with strong communication and mechanical skills. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends.
Job Description
Pay: $24.73 - $30.13
Schedule: Monday- Friday (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM) with some weekend work and OT.
Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be dependable, able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required. They may also be required to pass an aptitude test.
The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized forklift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant Experience : Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Equipment/Software Skills : Basic computer knowledge - data entry

Physical: Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work with heights
Sensory:
Mental/Reasoning : Must be able to analyze information quickly to provide feedback in the manufacturing process and troubleshoot equipment failures
