Job summary

SMP/Eastlake in Wickliffe, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to support the installation, repair, and ongoing operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

Under minimal supervision, you will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical systems, perform pipefitting and basic facility maintenance, and mentor junior staff while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Diagnose and repair critical production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical systems.
• Perform piping, conduit installation, and utility tasks.
• Provide guidance to less experienced maintenance personnel and adhere to safety policies.
