T&R Tooling is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Manager in a range of tasks to keep the facility and grounds in good order. The role focuses on repairing machines, performing minor building upkeep, and maintaining safe, clean manufacturing areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, are physically capable, and value quality and safety. Bilingual skills are a plus for this team in Texas facility.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year experience.
• Experience with sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
• Able to perform physical tasks (lifting, climbing, standing, bending).
• Diligently attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Proactively promotes safety.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Job Summary:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping to keep the building and grounds maintained. You will primarily support the Maintenance Manager by helping with a variety of maintenance tasks.

Reporting:

The Maintenance Tech reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist Maintenance Manager with machine and equipment repairs.
• Minor to Moderate building repairs that include but are not limited to light construction, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, moving equipment, disassembling/reassembling equipment, etc.
• Maintain grounds around the building by mowing, treating weeds, and cleaning.
• Cleaning on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year experience.
• Experience with sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
• Able to perform physical tasks (lifting, climbing, standing, bending).

Hours:

Monday - Friday / 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. (Occasional overtime).
