Allied Printing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair and maintain press and facility equipment. You will support machine operators, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, and assist with scheduled maintenance and minor projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of mechanical or maintenance experience.

• Forklift certification/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, modify, upgrade, maintain and install press, finishing, and facility equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to machine operators and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Rebuild or replace defective components including motors and bearings.
• Perform regular machine inspections and scheduled testing.
• Assist with minor plant maintenance tasks as needed.

Now, we’re looking for skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

Industrial Maintenance Technician is seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for inspecting, repairing, modifying, upgrading, maintaining, and installing press, finishing, and facility equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical assistance to machine operators and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Rebuild, replace, or repair defective components including motors, bearings, clutches, and electrical systems.
• Clean, repair, and install equipment parts as needed.
• Conduct regular machine inspections to identify malfunctions, including visual checks, listening for irregular noises, and performing scheduled testing.
• Perform minor plant maintenance such as:
  • Changing AC filters
  • Inspecting fire extinguishers
  • Replacing light bulbs
  • Maintaining company tools
  • Minor machine, carpentry, and painting tasks
  • Running errands to pick up parts
  • Assisting experienced personnel with large-scale maintenance projects

What You Bring:

• Prior mechanical or industrial maintenance experience encouraged.
• High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or job specific certification.
• 2+ years of mechanical work experience or on the job training.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Forklift experience required.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and follow manuals, schematics, and technical instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking 50% | Standing 50% |Lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying 25–50 lbs. and more.| Ability to stand for extended periods. | Safely move materials weighing 500–750 lbs.|Using manual pallet trucks|Driving, sitting, standing, walking, while operating a fork truck.
• Ability to lift, move, and position materials throughout the workday and safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.

Job Type: Full Time

Shifts Available: 1st shift (8:00am-4:00pm), 2nd shift (4:00pm-12:00am)
