Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for on-site support at our Montgomery, AL production facility. The role covers troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the plant.

The ideal candidate has strong industrial electrical skills, experience with automated equipment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and reliability. Will work 2nd or 3rd shift and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent certification with 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO, and maintenance best practices.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and utilities.
• Diagnose failures using schematics, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools; support downtime reduction.
• Assist installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
• Document work orders and history in SAP/CMMS; participate in RCA/5 Whys for reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership; support operator training and autonomous maintenance.

Please apply only if you live within 37 miles of Pike Road.Electrical Automation Services is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to support the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility located in Montgomery, AL. This role is available on 2nd or 3rd shift and is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems throughout the plant.
