Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Colorado to ensure optimal efficiency through scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across bakery areas. You will rotate assignments, demonstrate safety, and pursue ongoing training as technology evolves.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, safety, and the ability to work across multiple sections of the bakery while maintaining clean, compliant work areas and following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school certification or diploma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices.
• Perform proper component lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance, as needed.
• Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including attendance and operating rules.
• Possess or attain licenses required to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other equipment.

Industrial Maintenance Technicians ensure optimal efficiency is achieved by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, with safety and quality standards being a top priority. They must possess a technical mindset and demonstrate strong mechanical capabilities, while being flexible and adaptable as they will be required to rotate job assignments throughout various areas of the bakery. Industrial Maintenance Technicians must have the aptitude and drive to seek and acquire on-going training due to ever evolving technological improvements and performance standards.

Salary Range- 26.60 - 28.00
