Job summary

Kohl’s Department Stores is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep retail distribution and store support equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, material-handling systems, HVAC, and facility equipment to minimize downtime in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, follow strict safety and LOTO procedures, document work in a CMMS, and partner with operations

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining material-handling equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Commitment to safety procedures and LOTO compliance.
