Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is seeking a maintenance technician to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment in our facility. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of robotics, PLCs, VFDs, and electrical controls, with welding experience as part of repairs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, with knowledge of AC 3-phase Delta and WYE connections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Understanding of industrial AC 3 phase Delta and WYE connections.
• Welding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical and electrical machine maintenance.
• PMs (preventive maintenance).
• Repairs on production machinery and equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, motors, PLCs, VFD and robotics.
• Troubleshooting Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical controls and circuits.
• Dismantle machinery and repair/ replace defective parts.
• Welding experience.
