Job summary

Hankook Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and shutdown maintenance on factory equipment. This role supports the Facilities Technology Team and ensures uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities include documenting activities, adhering to safety standards, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and performing welding/fabrication as needed. A strong English workflow and 1+ year experience or a 2-year certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment or completion of a 2-year Industrial Maintenance Certification program.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics; able to use diagnostic tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, shutdown, and repair maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Document maintenance activities in Hankook’s maintenance system.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement programs.
• Diagnose equipment problems and perform welding/fabrication as required.
• Operate diagnostic software and PLC systems to troubleshoot electrical components.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and regulatory requirements in all tasks.
