Job summary

Strive Solutions seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed paper and packaging equipment in our Missouri facility. You will diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate sensors and drives, and support upgrades with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with operations and engineering, document work in our CMMS, follow LOTO safety procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability efforts across

Qualifications

• Strong electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair skills for industrial equipment.
• Experience with maintenance, calibration, and equipment support in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety compliance and LOTO procedures.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and document work accurately in a CMMS.
