Job summary

Atlas Roof Insulation & Wall Insulation, a division of Atlas Roofing Corporation, in Camp Hill, PA, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing lines running smoothly. You will troubleshoot conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, and packaging equipment, while performing preventive maintenance and CMMS updates with a collaborative small team.

Experience in industrial electrical/mechanical systems, AC drives, and PLCs is valued; a high school diploma or GED is required with

• AC Drives, PLC’s, and automation systems experience preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; related field degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, packaging equipment and more.
• Perform preventive maintenance and update CMMS promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate team efforts to optimize inventory, work orders and related CMMS tasks.
• Address machine downtime promptly to support production efficiency.

Atlas Roof Insulation & Wall Insulation products lead the industry in polyiso insulation boards and facer technology and performance in commercial and residential buildings.

Atlas Roof & Wall Insulation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Camp Hill, PA. manufacturing facility.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Primary Responsibilities

As an integral member of a collaborative small team, your input and ideas will be highly regarded for driving the ongoing success of the facility.

• Troubleshoot and maintain various equipment such as conveyors, chemical pumps (both high and low pressure), gearboxes, chain drives, photo sensors, packaging machinery, saws, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, welding, fabrication, and more.
• Oversee and execute preventive maintenance tasks promptly and accurately, while also ensuring timely updates in the CMMS system.
• Coordinate team efforts to optimize inventory management, work orders, and other related functions within the CMMS.
• Promptly address machine downtime issues as they arise to support production efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Experience

• Industrial Electrical/Mechanical experience required.
• Experience with AC Drives, PLC’s, and automation systems preferred.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Education, Licenses & Certifications

• Minimum High school diploma or GED
• Diploma/degree preferred in related field.
