• Schedule: Second Shift Monday-Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Requirements

• Vocational or technical certification in a related field or 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of 480 volts and pneumatic equipment (intermediate level)
• Working knowledge of computer-based equipment maintenance and parts inventory systems (intermediate level)
• Demonstrated independent problem-solving capabilities (intermediate level)
• Ability to use PLC and HMI programming software; familiarity with Allen Bradley, Ignition, and Wonderware preferred (intermediate level)
• Understanding of 24VDC control systems, photoelectric & proximity sensors (intermediate level)
• Experience with programming/troubleshooting servo and stepper motors and related software (intermediate level)
• Ability to troubleshoot/program barcode scanners and vision systems (intermediate level)
• Knowledge of warehouse maintenance safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out, fall restraint, and forklift/MHE safety (intermediate level)
• Knowledge of operating MHE such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc. (intermediate level)
• Ability to work independently safely, including at heights

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive maintenance entries are complete and accurate
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems effectively
• Maintain spare parts and inventory in accordance with procedures
• Participate in developing and improving maintenance policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area, ready for facility tours
• Ensure compliance with GMPs
• Establish work schedules to meet operational and preventive maintenance demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Participate actively in safety and lean programs, supporting Ryder culture
