Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Massachusetts is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems across our manufacturing operations. You will inspect and replace drive components, align shafts, maintain bearings, and perform electrical wiring as needed, using multimeters and diagnostic tools to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.
Thorough understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and workplace safety standards.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with maintenance record keeping.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and replace worn drive components such as chains and sprockets.
Perform shaft alignments and mechanical adjustments for optimal performance.
Inspect, replace, lubricate, and maintain bearings, shafts, housings, and rotating components.
Adjust motor mounts, perform motor alignments, and complete electrical wiring as needed.
Utilize multimeters and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and control systems.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to extend equipment life.
