Job summary

Ms Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support maintenance and reliability of facility and industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance and assist with installation and removal of equipment.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, strong problem-solving, safety focus, and ability to work independently or with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial equipment and tools.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Ability to respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and make timely repairs.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective action development.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance-related tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdown calls and perform repairs quickly and safely.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and establish root cause of failures.
• Present root-cause findings and discuss future corrective actions with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Operate and maintain PIVs and other equipment after required certifications.
• Support installation of new equipment and removal of outdated equipment.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment during maintenance activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
