The Keystone Distinction Group is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Tech for our Greater Green Bay area facility. You will perform electro-mechanical troubleshooting, service AC/DC motor drives, and PLC fault-tracing on automated production equipment.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• 4+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs and overhauls on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and industrial power controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Analyze electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional training (about 2 days every other month).

• Strict Requirements & Authorization: Requires 4+ years of hands-on industrial electro-mechanical maintenance (or Associate's Degree + 2 years), maximum of 2 employers in the past 5 years, US work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder), a local commute within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI, and occasional regional training travel (~2 days every other month).

What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)

• Execute Electro-Mechanical Repairs: Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, component overhauls, and emergency breakdown repairs across automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC Motor Drives: Diagnose, calibrate, and resolve operational faults within complex AC and DC variable-speed motor drive systems and industrial power controls.
• Trace PLC Logic & Electrical Faults: Interface with industrial PLCs to trace electrical logic, isolate system input/output errors, and rapidly clear line stoppages.
• Analyze Technical Schematics: Read and apply complex multi-page electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and ladder diagrams to execute safe, precise equipment overhauls.
• Lead Shift Hand-Offs & PMs: Maintain clear communication during shift hand-offs to preserve operational continuity and drive structured preventative maintenance routines.
• Participate in Regional Upskilling: Travel occasionally (roughly two days every other month) to participate in advanced technical training seminars or collaborate on regional operational goals.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)

• Electro-Mechanical Technical Depth: Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems OR 4+ years of equivalent hands-on industrial machinery breakdown experience.
• Drive & PLC Literacy: Practical, hands-on field depth identifying/repairing faults in AC/DC drives and interacting with industrial PLC environments.
• Proven Work History Stability: Rock-solid career record showing a maximum of 2 employers over the last 5 years, demonstrating long-term loyalty and reliability.
• 12-Hour Shift Alignment: Full lifestyle readiness and commitment to succeed within a structured 12-hour rotating schedule that includes scheduled weekend coverage.
• Local Commute: Residence established within a comfortable, daily 45-minute driving radius of the Greater Green Bay, WI area.
• Compliance & Legal Authorization: Must be a United States Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).

Preferred Technical Assets (Bonus Skills)

• Fluid Power Mastery: Deep hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial hydraulic pumps, proportional valves, and heavy-duty pneumatic circuits.
• Precision Mechanical Alignment: Background using dial indicators, laser alignment tools, or precision optical alignment setup for heavy power transmission equipment.
• Robotics / Motion Control: Familiarity with industrial robotic arm movement, servo drive systems, or automated material handling setups.
