Zohorecruit in Rittman, OH is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Mechanical/Electrical) to keep brick manufacturing equipment reliable and productive. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and lead mechanical shutdowns while ensuring safety and accurate records.

Candidates should hold a diploma in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics and have welding skills, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial setting.

Formación

• Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics is required.
• Licence or certification is a huge asset.
• Competency in electrical systems is expected.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and machining.
• Brick industry experience is a huge asset.
• Arc and TIG welding skills are required.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipment and systems.
• Adjust, program, and inspect mechanical components for optimal performance.
• Lead mechanical shutdowns and participate in maintenance planning.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, parts inventory and equipment performance.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment by following safety protocols and driving continuous improvement.
• Support reporting and documentation related to maintenance and safety.
