Nico Products – Minneapolis, Minnesota is hiring an Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment, ensuring uptime on our manufacturing lines. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial, manufacturing, production or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Dependable attendance and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose failures and restore production quickly and safely.
• Read work orders and schematics; document repairs.
• Maintain records, inventory, and collaborate to improve reliability.
