Job summary
Cintas Corporation in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift to repair, maintain and troubleshoot industrial laundry equipment. You will work on washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, performing preventive maintenance and safety tasks.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, blueprint reading skills and the ability to stand for long periods.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
- Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
- Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
- High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and boiler chemical testing
- Respond to emergency alarms and safety concerns
- Mentor Maintenance Technician I and support indoor/outdoor housekeeping
- Prepare maintenance records and monitor work by service companies
