Job summary

A leading branded beverage company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic I for their El Paso, TX production plant. This role involves performing routine and corrective maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and training team members. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of maintenance experience, technical knowledge of compressed air systems, and strong communication skills. Pay is $23.00 per hour with standard hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience with compressors, chillers, water treatment, and boilers is preferred.
• Must display a positive mental attitude and be open to a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Communicate, coach, and train employees to improve the team's performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine systems.

Skills

Ability to pass a Ramsay aptitude test

Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems

Excellent communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Technical training or certifications
