Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical experience preferred.
• 3+ years of food production experience preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair all production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all work done on equipment.
• Help train employees on safe operation of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities.

Skills

Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment

Familiarity with HVAC control systems and diagnostics

Understanding of electrical systems

Understanding of mechanical systems

Familiar with CMMS systems

Knowledge and experience with GMP’s

Strong Math Skills

Effective communication skills verbally and written
