Job summary

American Plating Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plating operations by ensuring equipment and facility readiness. The role requires maintaining safety standards, and performing preventative maintenance to keep all systems in good working condition.

You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues, repair timers, sensors, and other components, and ensure polishing and plating equipment operate with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• General mechanical / electrical understanding of complex automated processes and equipment with applications.
• Physically be able to bend, stoop, climb, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate well; work independently and complete necessary forms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety regulations and a Safe work environment at all times.
• Plan and perform preventative maintenance as needed to ensure equipment suitability.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic.
