Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Honolulu, HI to install, troubleshoot, and repair large-scale industrial textile processing and facility equipment. The role includes preventative maintenance, 3-phase electrical diagnostics, pneumatics, and boiler operations.

Typical compensation starts at $25/hour with annual earnings ranging from $52,000 to $80,000 depending on experience. This full-time position follows a Monday–Friday day shift (8 hours).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of maintenance engineering experience, particularly with industrial machinery, electronics, and hydraulics.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using power/hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative and unscheduled repairs on industrial laundry equipment, boilers, and water systems to minimize production downtime.
• Diagnose and repair 230-volt/3-phase electrical systems and use programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Perform welding, cutting, plumbing, and general facility repairs while maintaining maintenance documentation.
• Strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols, operating forklifts, and working in confined or elevated spaces as needed.
