Job summary

Albar Industries is seeking an experienced manufacturing maintenance technician capable of hands-on troubleshooting and repair of conveyor lines, paint bake ovens, power wash equipment, and other general building maintenance tasks. The role requires strong problem-solving skills to keep lines running and downtime to a minimum.

We operate 24 hours and require candidates who can work any shift. Experience with industrial electrical systems is preferred, and a commitment to safety and reliability

Qualifications

• We are a 24 hour manufacturing facility. Qualified applicants must be able and willing to work any shift.
• Experience in troubleshooting machinery is required or highly preferred.
• Preferred candidates have knowledge/experience with industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Certification/license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Return equipment to operation quickly.
• Ensure equipment is installed and maintained in a safe, operational condition.
• Install equipment to minimize downtime and learning curve for efficiency.
• Fabricate metal parts and equipment for facility improvement.
• Inspect equipment for proper operation.
• Assemble, install and repair conveyors.
• Operate a forklift and perform maintenance on fork trucks.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls and diagnose issues.
