Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for production and facility equipment at our Brownsville plant. You will lead maintenance staff, plan repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance is executed on schedule.

The role requires 2–5 years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, strong knowledge of safety standards, and CMMS experience. On-site work with potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience with leadership roles in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, safety standards, and CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and supervise in the manager's absence.
• Determine activities and materials needed for equipment repair.
• Establish preventative maintenance schedules for all production equipment.
• Plan resource requirements and work activities to complete repairs.
• Generate and dispatch maintenance work orders as needed.
• Ensure efficient use of technicians' time; monitor workloads.
• Track open work orders and report progress to the Maintenance Manager.
• Enforce safety, OSHA compliance, and company policies at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
