Job summary
Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, manage technical support functions, and drive PM strategy across production lines and product launches in a manufacturing setting. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 1-3 years in automotive industry.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and plants.
- Knowledge of timers/counter theory; electronics; encoders/decoders; Ohm’s law; hydraulics.
- Overhead crane certification required.
- Customer-service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and direct all maintenance and construction work.
- Meet with senior management monthly to provide budgets and project status.
- Conduct team meetings and one-on-one reviews; provide goals and feedback.
- Actively lead safety and compliance with company policies.
