Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor at our Henderson, KY location. You will lead a team of industrial technicians, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring safety and uptime of corrugated equipment.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage parts inventory, and serve as the main liaison with the customer. Strong supervisory and communication skills are required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical interventions.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Exposure to corrugated equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of industrial technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work environment for plant and staff.
• Drive continuous improvement for corrugator production.
• Schedule onsite maintenance tasks and manage parts inventory.
• Act as primary contact for the customer regarding BHS equipment.
• Collaborate with plant management to achieve production goals.
• Lead discussions on downtime causes and implications.
• Lead weekly meetings on the maintenance program.
