Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's optical lab seeks an Industrial Maintenance Planner & CMMS Coordinator to translate production priorities into preventive and predictive work, sequencing tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime. You will plan shutdowns, draft work instructions, source parts, estimate labor hours, and lead weekly cross-functional meetings with Operations, Technical, and Maintenance teams.

Megamation CMMS experience preferred; associates degree and 3+ years in automated

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical hands-on experience required.
• 3+ years in highly automated manufacturing.
• Proficiency with a CMMS; Megamation preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance work across lab areas.
• Draft clear work instructions and safety requirements.
• Identify, source, and procure parts for PM work orders.
• Estimate labor hours and maintain achievable schedules.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to coordinate workload.
