Qualifications

• Advanced plumbing, machining, welding and fabrication skills demonstrated by four years of journeyman maintenance.
• License required: LME (Limited Maintenance Electrician) to work on premises under 600V.
• Strong reading of blueprints, drawings and technical manuals.
• Ability to read and follow specifications and work orders.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment across systems (vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic, induction, heating, lubrication, abrasive, pressure).
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities operations and physical systems; perform related plumbing, machining and fabrication as needed.
• Plan and implement projects; provide technical assistance to engineering in design and equipment selection.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to plant rules; participate in hazardous materials handling training as required.
• Maintain logs and records; provide work direction and training as assigned.
