Job summary

W. SILVER is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure reliable operation of hydraulic rams, conveyors, and production equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and follow manufacturer specifications to minimize downtime.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, technical training, and 2+ years’ experience with packing or production machines. OSHA certification is preferred, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Technical training; exposure to high-speed equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery per manuals and specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors and production machines.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and identify root causes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
