Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. in Dunkirk, MD is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance, repair and replacement of plant equipment to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

You will work to keep machines running, buildings in good condition, and safety standards met on a daily basis. The role requires knowledge of setup, operation and inspection of production equipment, with emphasis on preventive maintenance, precision diagnostics, and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience with basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and inspect typical production shop equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds and production equipment.
• Repair or replace plant equipment to ensure maximum production quality.
• Locate and diagnose mechanical problems using measuring tools.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Follow manuals, diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Conserve maintenance resources and respond to requests.
