48forty Solutions, LLC in Salem, OR is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to combine electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and inventory tasks to keep our pallet manufacturing plant running at peak efficiency. This multi-disciplinary role requires hands-on problem solving.

You’ll inspect and repair plant equipment, respond quickly to maintenance needs, learn new machinery, and contribute to uptime and safety. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience handling Production Automation Equipment.
• Experience with basic plumbing, basic electrical wiring, and basic carpentry.
• Low Voltage Electrical experience required.
• Attention to detail to ensure all jobs are completed safely and correctly.

Overview

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll get to combine the roles of an electrician, carpenter, plumber, and inventory manager all into one! We’re looking for the handy and multi-interested employee to be able to manage and maintain multiple types of equipment within our wood pallet manufacturing plant. This role is vital to keeping our operation running at the highest efficiency!

Hourly Pay:

$23.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday 6:00am – 2:30 pm

Location:

1650 Salem Industrial Dr Salem, OR 97301

What You'll Do

• Inspect wiring, make repairs, and troubleshoot all plant equipment as necessary
• Respond urgently to all maintenance needs to ensure plant operations run smoothly
• Completely learn existing and new equipment within the plant
• Other projects as necessary

What You'll Need
