Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues in the facility.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Inspect building systems and machinery to identify wear and potential problems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, and other systems.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and part replacements.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and machinery.
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules and manage spare parts inventory.
• Perform general facility upkeep such as doors, windows, walls, and lighting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency.
