Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, and repairs production equipment and temperature/humidity-controlled systems.
• Maintains purified/RODI water systems.
• Locates problems by observing equipment and using precision tools.
• Adjusts devices using hand tools, levels, and straightedges.
• Removes defective parts and performs basic disassembly/reassembly.
• Communicates downtime and maintenance status to teammates; supports PM tasks.
• Uses preventative maintenance system and tools; may perform snow/property tasks.

**Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Temp-To-Perm)Location: Lawrence, MAPay Rate: $28.35 - 42/hrHours**: 8am - 5pm (M - F)Description¨NBSP;**Essential Functions:**Ensures the operation of production equipment and machinery, as well as temperature and humidity-controlled equipment, by following operations manuals and manufacturer's instructions.Facilitate operation, maintenance, and repair of purified/RODI water systems.Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring, and testing instruments.Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.Removes defective parts by dismantling devices using hand and power tools; examining form and determine cause and effect.
