Appleton Supply Company in Appleton, WI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role offers a stable, Monday–Friday schedule, solid pay, on-site hands-on training, and a supportive work environment.

You will repair and maintain production equipment, assist with machine changeovers, and help keep safety as the top priority while contributing to quality standards and continuous improvement.

• Experience repairing and maintaining production equipment.
• Ability to perform building maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains all production equipment, performs building maintenance as needed and assists production through set-up and machine adjustments to maintain company quality specifications.
• Assist production with changeovers and quality adjustment as needed.
• Visually inspect machines and equipment to isolate problems.
• Dismantle machines and equipment to correct problems.
• Remove and replace worn or damaged parts.
• Repair damaged parts.
• Follow all safety guidelines and be responsible for personal safety.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
