Anderson Erickson Dairy is the largest private, continuously owned family dairy in the United States. As a premier food and beverage manufacturing facility, we provide high‑quality dairy products to customers in Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas. Our maintenance team offers 24/7, year‑round skilled services to production and cooler distribution teams. The position is for 2nd Shift (3 pm to 11:30 pm) with weekend coverage as required.

We are seeking skilled and qualified Journeymen Maintenance Machinery Technicians with at least 4 years of experience in the following areas:

• Electrical (required)
• Welding – MIG, TIG, ARC
• Packaging Machinery
• Plastics Molding (Blow Molding Preferred)
• PLC / Frequency Drives
• Production Container Labeling Equipment

All candidates must possess working knowledge of:

• Reading schematics and blueprints
• Interpreting complex owner manuals
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Current OSHA standards and guidelines
• Basic mathematical skills (can perform simple calculations)
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Must successfully use or pass the following safety equipment and training:

• Confined Space
• Lock‑Out / Tag‑Out
• Fall Protection
• Electrical Safety
• Ladder Safety
• Machine Guarding

Compensation and Benefits:

• Paid weekly ($35.50 per hour base) with annual raises per CBA
• Shift differential ($0.50 per hour for hours between 6 PM and 6 AM)
• Full company benefits start on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment (medical, dental, life insurance, AD&D, pension, 401(k) after specified periods)
• Paid holidays (after 60‑day probationary period)
• Company-provided uniforms, steel-toed boots, and a $500 annual tool allowance

Qualification: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of industrial machinery maintenance experience. Candidates must read, speak, write English fluently.
