Shift details: 3rd shift, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, rotating schedule with a three-day weekend every five weeks. An extra $2.75/hour is paid for this schedule.

The starting pay ranges from $25.50 to $37.40/hour, based on skills and experience, with potential for advancement through testing.

This role is within our Prepared Foods Division. As a Maintenance Generalist, you will maintain equipment, work cross-functionally, and contribute to safety and efficiency in our fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties:

• Assist the Supervisor in daily department responsibilities and communicate instructions effectively.
• Support maintenance activities, including routine and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Interact effectively with plant personnel to meet goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of mechanic experience or completion of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for long hours, and working in variable temperatures.
• Basic computer skills, ability to read blueprints, manuals, and work orders.
