Job summary

Skillforce is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician in McDonough, GA to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems on heavy industrial production equipment used in corrugated materials manufacturing.

Pay ranges from $35/hour to $40/hour based on experience, with a schedule Monday–Friday and flexibility for day or night shifts as needed. This contract-to-hire role requires at least 5 years in industrial maintenance and strong electrical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical controls and three-phase motors.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and either day or night shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems on industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment used in corrugated materials manufacturing.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical controls and PLC systems.
• Rebuild and replace failed equipment components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.

Skillforce is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Electricians for a contract to hire role in McDonough, GA. As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician you are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, instrumentation, and production equipment in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment producing corrugated materials.
