Staffmark is hiring for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician Lead in Jonesboro, AR. This direct-hire role covers 1st and 2nd shifts and focuses on electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, read schematics, guide teammates, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience guiding maintenance team members is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose problems with motors, controls, sensors, and related electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Read and use electrical schematics and equipment documentation.
• Help prioritize maintenance work and provide technical guidance to other team members.
• Communicate equipment issues and repair progress with production and maintenance leaders.
• Document completed work and follow all company safety procedures.
