Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to perform a variety of service duties on equipment and facilities. You will work on painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, along with routine inspections of machinery and safety adherence.

The role requires the ability to troubleshoot issues, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with minimal supervision. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required as part of a rotational call-in schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Two years vocational training preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance duties including painting, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain building interiors, machinery, and equipment.
• Complete administrative duties and report maintenance statuses to supervisor.
